Hi, I’m Mike, aka “Budhatrain” online. In the early 80’s I was first introduced to radio controlled cars and trucks through a family friend that owned an indoor r/c track. I remember looking at the Tamiya Lunchbox on the shelf thinking it was the coolest thing. Shortly after high school, I finally was able to purchase my first hobby grade r/c, a RC10T. After college, like many others, I picked up a traxxas T-maxx and couldn’t tune it to save my life. I got married and one day I picked up a Tamiya Clodbuster. While searching online how to modify it, I discovered the huge r/c community and became hooked. I love Monster Trucks and dabble in the small-scale stuff now. I am at a point where I want to contribute to the r/c hobby and community. I hate having a bunch of mix-matched hardware, and that’s why I see a need to fill up the tool boxes with lots of good screws.
